Black Props Limited was born from real-world experience—and the conviction that property finance should work for people, not against them.

Our founder, Mr. Abadi, spent years as a Chartered Accountant in the North West of England, working closely with businesses and individuals navigating the property market. Time and again, he witnessed the same frustration: traditional financial institutions setting rigid criteria, demanding mountains of paperwork, and rejecting perfectly viable projects simply because they didn't fit a template. Good people with solid opportunities were being left behind by a system that wasn't built to serve them.

So in the early days, armed with little more than determination and the backing of trusted friends and family, Mr. Abadi launched Blue Capital. The mission was simple: provide bridging loans with speed, flexibility, and minimal bureaucracy. Strip away the red tape. Back people on merit, not just metrics.

Blue Capital succeeded. It proved the model worked. But success brought clarity—and with it, a deeper understanding of what the market truly needed.
